Cursillos in Christianity, a short course in Christianity, is a movement that focuses on showing lay people how to become effective Christian leaders over the course of a three-day weekend. After the weekend, the cursillista is encouraged to continue personal spiritual growth as well as take what they have into the world: “Make a friend, be a friend, bring a friend to Christ.”
