Hospitality calls us to welcome others with warmth and generosity, reflecting Christ’s love in our parish community. Rooted in the Church’s teaching on charity and care for our neighbors (CCC 1826, 1829, 2447–2449), it is lived through greeting, fellowship, and outreach - showing gratitude for God’s gifts by sharing them with others.
The Altar Society members include any and all parish women age 18 and older. Each woman is assigned to a Circle. Meetings are held monthly September through May. The Altar Society provides funeral dinners, pays for supplies for the altar (linens, flowers, candles, etc.), and helps with parish functions all the while providing friendship and support growing spiritually as they serve the parish and wider community. There are no dues to join Altar Society - fundraisers are the main means of support.
