Baptism is the first of the seven sacraments and the foundation of the Christian life. Through Baptism, we are freed from original sin, become adopted sons and daughters of God, and are welcomed into the family of the Church. This sacrament marks the beginning of a lifelong journey of faith and discipleship in Jesus Christ.

Parents seeking Baptism for their child are encouraged to contact the parish office a minimum of two months prior to the baptism to begin the preparation process and schedule the celebration of the sacrament. Parents must be registered and active members in our parish.  Adults interested in becoming Catholic or seeking Baptism are invited to contact the parish to learn more about the Order of Christian Initiation of Adults (OCIA).
